Pheasant, Partridge and Duck Shoot

Highland Hospitality At Craigiehowe Estate

"This Truly is God's Country - where else servers consommé and vodka"
- Kimberly Stinziano, gun

Drives are interspersed with well earned pit stops. Delicious hot sausages sticky with redcurrant jelly are eaten on the hill with cups of steaming bull shot mid-morning, and a traditional roast lunch with wine is served back at the shoot room before going out on the afternoon drives.

The Craigiehowe shoot concludes with the customary counting of the bags. Guns return to the store room for cups of warming tea and wedges of freshly baked cake before retreating homeward or on to Craigiehowe's well appointed Glenmoriston Town House Hotel in Inverness.
